Our story

Altai’s designed from the ground up by a team who understands the rhythm, pace and instincts behind great casting. After years in casting and representation, we saw the process at scale starting to break.

Casting isn’t mechanical. It thrives on flow, timing and the human touch. When that flow is disrupted, it pulls you away from what matters most: seeing people clearly and shaping stories with care.

We created Altai to restore that balance. A platform that moves at the pace of modern casting, where distance and time zones become opportunities, where smaller teams can achieve bigger things without compromise.

Every feature is intentional - designed to empower people, not replace them. To give creativity space, not automate it. Altai feels local wherever it’s used, honouring culture, process and the irreplaceable human touch.

Our vision is simple but ambitious: unite actors, agents, casting teams, and clients in one seamless space worldwide.
