During Altai’s development, we have already:
- Aligned with carbon neutral technology partners
- Established an entirely remote team, eliminating the environmental impact of commutes and office space
- Created a paper-free and recycle focused workplace
- Adopted plant-based products
Once Altai launches we will review our carbon management and sustainability plan annually. Our emission footprint will be calculated and reported. The aim is to avoid the output in the first instance; however, for those emissions we cannot avoid, we commit to purchasing carbon credits to offset them.
In addition, once we achieve net profitability, we commit to becoming a member of the “1% for the Planet” community - a global network of businesses, individuals and Environmental Partners tackling our planet's most pressing environmental issues. Members commit to donate the equivalent of 1% of gross sales through a combination of monetary, in-kind and approved promotional support.
